With a background that includes studying at the French Culinary Arts and Culinary Arts in Long Island, she’s mastered the art of cooking. A proud Native New Yorker, she speaks Spanish and dabbles in French and Portuguese, which adds a fun twist to her culinary creations.

She has owned and run two restaurants: one focused on delicious vegan dishes, and another that blends American and French cuisine. Chef I.Bodre is hands-on, crafting everything from the menus to the everyday operations of her restaurants. Her journey in the restaurant world has taken her through many exciting experiences, including hosting intimate gatherings, corporate events, and even cooking demos for young adults, all for the love of sharing good food and raising funds for schools.
