Chef Ikenna Mr. Uzoma
Private Chef In Raleigh
Ikenna Uzoma was born in Raleigh North Carolina. He started his passion for food at an early age. By his teenager years he gained more experience with food and nutrition working closely with kids at the YMCA and Marbles Kids museum. Later in life Chef Ike gained a position as head chef of a 5 star daycare downtown Raleigh where he honed his skills even more. He also competed at the World Food Championships in Orange Beach Alabama and started a catering company with his long time friend Chef Troy.
His knowledge of food has put him in high demand catering for NC State collegiate teams, as well as UNC track team and he continues to learn and develop new skills. He is a very friendly chef that specializes in grilled foods, healthy alternatives and southern comfort food.
