I am a hard-working and driven individual who isn't afraid to face a challenge
I’ve been working as a professional chef for almost 10 years, after completing my studies at the Culinary Tech Center. I spent the first few years of my career at Ortzi in Manhattan, and at Ai Fiori, a 1-Star Michelin restaurant. I've spent the last 6 years working for the Casa Nela Group's West Village restaurants, Claudette and Bobo, preparing French cuisine. I recently led the launch of Wildflower underneath the High Line at 23rd street. I currently work at Serra by Birreria in the Flatiron District.
