Hi, I’m a profesional chef for almost 10 years. I studied in a small culinary school call Culinary Tech Center. My first job was in Manhattan at a restaurant call Ortzi under Iron Chef Jose Garces. As well as Ai Fiori a 1-Star Michelin restaurant under Chef Micheal White. Currently working for Casa Nela Group around the West Village. I’ve work at Claudette and Bobo both of their French restaurants.
