Private Chef In KingstonI am a Chef working in Kingston, most recently I was at Hotel Kinsley and Lunch Nightly. Right before moving up here to head the kitchen at The Pines in Mt. Tremper (October of 2019), I worked at The NoMad Hotel in Manhattan for a year as a line cook where I learned many innovative, modern techniques with food and honed the skills I'd learned since I started my career at age 18. I also have pastry experience from my time working at District Social. Most recently, I was the Sous Chef at Hotel Kinsley, and after The Pines I was Co-Executive chef at Lunch Nightly. I love making food that is vegan/gluten free/dietary restriction friendly if you, your family or dinner guests need to be accomodated and I am happy to assist!
