I am a professional chef, classically trained at the Institute of Culinary Education, I graduated in 2020 with dual degrees in Culinary Arts as well as Restaurant and Hospitality Management. I worked as an assistant manager at Mercado Mexican Kitchen and am comfortable cooking a variety of cuisines. I love to cook Italian food, especially fresh pasta, as well as cook with seasonal local ingredients. I prefer food that is simple and showcases the ingredients, as opposed to flashy overly-complicated dishes.
