I am a professional chef working now for over 20+ years since graduating from Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, Florida. I'm from Jamaica in the Caribbean where diverse food cultures are in abundance. This gives me a very unique perspective on food and how I am able to showcase ingredients from the region and around the world. I have had the privilege of cooking these foods for many different clients in private homes, on boats, for events, birthdays, weddings, corporate settings etc. I really enjoy what I do.
