I prefer to grow my own ingredients when I can and love to learn new recipes.
I've been a professional chef for 23 years now. I pride myself on my ability to just get it done. Whether that be sourcing product by growing it or figuring out how to finish dinner in a power outage I've done it all in a career that has ranged from hotels resorts and fine dining to farm to table concepts at camp and conference centers. I love to bring old dishes to life and new dishes to admiration.
