Im a culinary virtuoso since the age of 5, embarked on a journey from home cooking to sales, reaching pinnacles as the late '90s and early 2000s Sales Manager. I elevated the company to the #1 distributor of Fruit of the Loom and Hanes brands in the United States.

From 2004 to 2008, My career took a unique turn as a limo & security driver, ensuring security and transportation for prestigious clients, including IMG Models. Post the Great Recession, I returned to the sales domain, playing a pivotal role in Health Plan's success as the leading provider of Medicare Advantage plans in Manhattan.

Relocating to Florida in 2015, I rekindled his passion for cooking at private events. Amid the challenges of Covid-19, he returned to New York City in June 2021, where I was introduced to the Project Renewal Culinary Program. Starting my internship at City Beet Events in September 2021, I proudly graduated in December 2021
