My name is Hector Salcedo and I was born and raised in the Caribbean sea with European and Asiatic culinary influences. It is my pleasure to offer you a great experience. I have been cooking since I was 14 years old, and professionally for the last 5 years. I come from a large family with strong values of respect, love, integrity and generosity. Beyond my culinary knowledge, I offer you authenticity, joy, and a passion for what I do.

I live by the idea that a healthy body is needed for a heathy mind. The first step to complete our goal is to nourish and heal our body through eating the right food with the best ingredients, while still maintaining a powerful palate with great combinations of flavors, textures and colors. I live with curiosity, therefor I thrive in problem solving and adaptation which allows me to constantly evolve in an environment of continuous improvement and thus cater my skills to fulfill your specific needs.
