Get to know me better
I am an executive pastry chef with 15 years of experience in restaurants, bakeries, resorts and on cruise ships.
I have always loved the world of pastry -- ice cream, viennoiserie, plated desserts, custom cakes, breads. I studied chemistry in college and find my science background provides a jumping off point for constructing novel recipes using unfamiliar ingredients or new techniques. After working in some of the best restaurants in the world, I'm looking forward to apply my skills to a more intimate setting.
