Passionate about connecting others with and through the food we eat and how we eat it!
I am a young professional chef with a collective 8 years in the service industry. After spending 6 years in the specialty coffee industry and navigating an unhealthy relationship with food, I decided it was time to start cooking. I allowed myself to run free in my home kitchen before deep diving into the plethora of knowledge available online from chefs all over the world. I have since gone on to work in restaurant kitchens of different styles and flair - from French influenced to funky farm to table gastropub. I am seeking more of the creative freedom, flexibility, experimentation and experience curation that private chef work allows me.
I don’t define my cooking to a particular style. My experiences with food and flavor, farming and foraging largely inspire and inform my work in the kitchen.
