Private Chef In FayettevilleNot having spaghetti sauce I created some from ketchup and spices found in the kitchen. My mom & siblings loved it and so began my journey into the culinary arts. I choose to cook as my MOS when I joined the Army where I was further intrigued by what you can do with food. I joined the Army Culinary Arts team at Fort Hood, and won numerous awards throughout my enlistment. Upon my separation from the military I catered for family & friends event as a hobby. In 2014, I started my formal training at The Chef's Academy in Morrisville, NC graduating in 2015. I started catering & weekly meal prep not long after graduating.
