Estudié en la Escuela del área andina en Colombia y tengo varios cursos de cocina fría , caliente y repostería, me especializo en cocina peruana colombiana japonesa e italiana he trabajado en más de 7 restaurantes adquiriendo experiencia de diferentes tipos de cocinas y distintos chefs en uno de estos restaurantes fui chef y en otro kitchen mánager
