Get to know me better

I describe myself as a student of the kitchen. I am always striving to better my craft and learn new techniques. I strive on hard work and passion.

I am a Chef and Sommelier, though more often than not, I still consider myself a student of both crafts. At my core, I am a cook specializing in Mediterranean-influenced cookery with an emphasis in Farm-To-Table. I also have a love and passion for wine, hence my certification as a Level 1 Sommelier through CMS. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America April 2023 and I am eager to get out there and cook amazing food and pair delicious wines for guests!
