Professional chef of 22 years. I’ve been in the military an I’ve have knowledge for going around the world and adapting to cultures for different dishes. I’ve always put my best dish forward for myself and my clients. I specialize in New American cuisine and molecular gastronomy so my dishes tend to be elevated so the client not only get a meal but also some entertainment. I continue to strive for perfection.
