He has more than 30 years of experience and hails from the company of “tall hats”, where he was trained and disciplined to be an uncompromising Chef in Escoffier's Brigade. You can take the word of hundreds of clients and students who have witnessed the genius within Chef G. One of many crowning achievements was developing a 12 week certified program designed to teach beginning chefs what they needed to to graduate into the ACF and onto their new careers in the food industry. He has a passion for learning, teaching, and cooking. And he’s beyond great at all of it. His most distinguished clients have stated that his memorable wit and dynamic personality fills the room! Fine dining kitchens in Los Angeles in the 1990's. Predominately with the Wolfgang Puck food corporation and strictly through Escoffier's brigade.
