Get to know me better

Passionate and driven, I cook almost every opportunity I get! Cooking is really all I know and strive to be great at it. Cooking should be fun!

I started cooking in a real kitchen when I was 19 and never looked back, from the dish pit to line cook, then chef. I’ve taken experience from each position to understand how a kitchen should run as everything has a purpose. I will always have an open mind and open to new foods. The key to cooking is letting food speak for itself and don’t overwhelm every ingredient.

Family restaurants, bar and grills, cafes, to resorts. I’ve been around and seen a lot but I have so much to learn and explore!

A cooking secret...

A sharp knife is key. As well as wearing two gloves, the knife will go thru the first layer not the second!
