My name is Grazia. I was born and raised in Sardinia, Italy where I spent the first 30 years of my life. I started cooking out of necessity but soon discovered that my own personal satisfaction grew from creating a meal from scratch that warmed the hearts and put smiles on the faces of those who enjoyed them;

especially those who love to eat well.

When you taste a variety of fresh ingredients that together create unforgettable flavors, you become accustomed to those flavors. They become a part of you that represent who you are and where you are from. You can travel far away, as I have, discover and enjoy other foods but still remain faithful to the flavors with which you have grown up.
