I am a professional chef with 8 years of experience in the restaurant industry. I was a Sous Chef for an award winning Hawaiian Cafe in Nashville, and a Jr. Sous at Le Ame in The Global Ambassador. I have been nonstop cooking since I was a kid, whether it was with my Gran Gran or with my Mother and sisters. Cooking to me is making an experience for people and providing memories that can always be looked back upon (all you need is the recipe!).
