Private Chef In FloydI began my culinary journey over 25 years ago and have worked alongside some of the finest chefs in Europe.
I had gained many years of on-site training in award-winning restaurants such as Right on the Green, The Chaser Inn, and Thackery's. Finally I was ready to head up my own kitchen!
I chose to specialize in the Gastro pub/restaurant sector of the industry.
This meant going out to the farms, estates. forests and local markets to source only the best ingredients. Producing amazing dishes without over complicating them and losing their true flavors and origins.
Building my reputation at The Chaser Hotel, Black Pig Pub & Dining Rooms, and The George & Dragon in Kent, England. I then moved to America and cooked at Black Bird, Mountain Brook Vineyard & Biltmore Inn Fine Dining restaurant. The Greenfield Manor was to be my greatest success which opened in 2018 and won numerous awards.*
Now as a Private and Personal Chef I bring the restaurant experience to the comfort of your home or chosen location without the hassle of reservation hunting, or pretense.Achievements
