Chef At Home In Fort Lauderdale

I am a self-thought chef, I studied on my own due to my financial impossibility in my past living in Italy. Although I had the chance to work in many restaurant involving fine dining experiences; wen moved to United States in 2015 I discovered the amplitude of the dining experience. At the time I was forced to go back and forth from Italy to Florida since I couldn't afford a working visa in United States. Meanwhile the places I would back to work would take my suggestions in finding new ways to express food in their restaurants. After many years, in 2019, I finally decided to move to Fort Lauderdale and start my career. All those years I worked in many casual places until I was able to open my own restaurant that provided a big success and gave me the opportunity to start working on my own after I sold it. It' name was Fish n' Bubbles, right on East Commercial Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. Now here I am providing my best skills and knowledge to those few folks that are interested to know me inside their homes.

For me cooking is not just about putting ingredients together for a good taste, it's create stories you will feel on your tastebuds through my past.

I studied over 25 kitchen books through my 16 and 20 years and then I started applying them in my own kitchen and then in restaurants I worked for.

I am able to find the best match between my cuisine and your favorite tastes, I will improve my skills if I need to, even if for a preference.
