As a chef, I am a culinary artist who orchestrates flavors, textures, and presentation to craft unforgettable dining experiences that evoke emotions
I am a professional chef born in Friuli Venezia-Giulia, Italy with 17 years experience. I discovered my passion for the culinary world as a child in my home kitchen learning from my mother. From there, I began my journey at culinary school. As I delved into my culinary studies, I found myself completely immersed in the world of food and cooking.
I began working in restaurants in my home town before working my way up into the world of fine dining. I have gained priceless experience at multiple Michelin star restaurants. Taking all this experience, I became a private chef at the Villa Cassinella on Lake Como.
During my time at Via Cassinella, I developed a particular affinity for private chef work. I especially loved idea of creating intimate dining experiences for individuals and families, crafting personalized menus that catered to their unique tastes and dietary preferences.
