Chef Gihan's international experience is highlighted by his tenure with Azamara Club Cruises, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Hilton USA where he delivered exceptional service and culinary excellence to guests. During this time, he implemented innovative plating systems and developed new menus, enhancing the dining experience onboard. He also played a key role in VIP chef tables and special culinary demonstrations, Competitions like 2013 World Class Bartender of the year and Top Class Charter Events & Private Events.
