I am a professional chef with over 35 years of food service experience. Graduated for the prestigious Johnson and Wales University in Providence RI. During my career, I have had the opportunity to work in hotels, restaurants, food sales, senior dining, school food service as well as owning my own catering company for over 20 years. My food philosophy is keeping it fresh and local, shopping at local farm markets and specialty shops for the best ingredients. I like to take classic recipes and put a twists on them.
