After 35+ years as an Executive Chef / Restaurant owner, looking to continue to cook and share my passion for food with others as a retiree!
Hello there! I am a Certified Executive Chef (CEC) and recent retiree after working in the restaurant industry for over 35 years. My latest stint was working 15 years as the executive chef / owner of an Asian Fusion restaurant in Omaha that was consistently ranked in the Top 5 restaurants on TripAdvisor out of 1,000+ restaurants. Prior to that, I owned a fast casual Japanese restaurant for 10 years and prior to that, managed two restaurants on the strip in Las Vegas. I have a Masters in Hospitality from University of Nevada at Las Vegas and would love to continue to share my passion of food with others.
