Chef Genesis Katz

Im a Venezuelan hard- working women funny and charismatic. I grew up in a family restaurant business environment, so I have been cooking for my whole life. I got to America I decided to start the same journey as my family did. I owed my own restaurant when I was back home. Here in the USA I Worked as a line chef in a country club. In a very famous Brunch restaurant in Massachusetts where i was the head chef, and then I become the chef manager of the "American school for the deaf" in west Hartford where I manage my team to cook for 400 people every day. I move to Florida a year ago, exciting for a new journey, following a dream to start my own catering business and I'm loving it; meeting new people and having a great time sharing my love, my culture and passion the best way I know cooking great food, learning new food cultures and following safety witch is my priority.
