Culinary professional with diverse expertise and experience as a Corporate Chef.
I started cooking when I was 15 years old in a Japanese restaurant, I moved on to Florida and learned about Creole and Cajun style cuisine. I moved to Chicago and went to Kendall College. I received my Associate degree in Culinary arts and my Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management. While I went to school I worked for The Chicago Yacht Club, Bon Appetite, Blue Plate Catering company as well as Rooh. I stage all throughout my college career to gain more knowledge and experience in different cuisines such as Indian, Thai, Italian, Japanese, Greek and Plant Based Food. I currently work as a Corporate chef for Aldi Headquarters based in Illinois. I set up samplings for the Group Buying directors as well as the office of the presidents. I work part time for an Italian Based company that specializes in Plant Based alternatives called Martino Rossi.
