I am a profession Chef, With over 20+ years in the food Industry. Growing up my favorite things to watch were Iron Chef, Chopped, All of What Food Network had to Offer. My Mothers root originate in Arkansas, and the rest of my family was raised here in California. But we've traveled the world and through me experiencing other cuisines of the world I've created a style in cooking that pays homage to them all. It's Life Changing flavors that are guaranteed to have you thinking about that meal over time. I also love music. But food being my first love I've been doing this to fulfill the other.
