Private Chef In New YorkHi, I’m Gabriele and I’m an Italian chef. I’m 27 but I have a long experience as chef, in Italy. I studied in eccelsa Academy of high food taste training (world association of chefs’ societies among the 40 most prestigious cooking schools in the world). And I worked in some Michelin guide restaurant like
“ Alex” (Lecce) or “Gatto Rosso” (Taranto) or “Delicatessen” (Milano). I became head chef for the first time when I was 23, in Milano , in an historic place of the city “40” opened in 1979. After these experience I returned to my city for work in a huge place “Medì” where I have been reviewed from the national paper “corriere della sera” who called my cuisine at medì “Mediterranean with a look to the future” and defined me as “a talented young chef, with a critical eye in the serving and taste, a magnificient surprise”. I made 3 consultant for other restaurants and one consultant for a series of frozen products.
