I have been a professional chef for 13 years. I honed my skills in the Michelin-starred kitchens of Massimo Bottura at 'Osteria Francescana,' Heinz Beck at 'La Pergola,' and Cristina Bowerman at 'Glass Hostaria,' where I mastered molecular cuisine, the art of enhancing raw ingredients' flavors, and plating techniques. Studying under these masters allowed me to develop my own distinctive style.
I co-hosted a TV show in Rome called La Dispensa di Alice, taught multiple times at culinary schools, and held university lectures on the physical and chemical processes behind molecular cuisine. My culinary journey has been enriched by traveling across Europe and the world.
Today, I live in Los Angeles, where I strive to bring a unique twist to the culinary scene.
