I have worked in a American steakhouse, Cafe and Bakery and a French Bistro serving high class gourmet meals. I have also solo catered two weddings (one being my own). I have a wife and two dogs. Wow ! This experience made our Philadelphia experience. Rarely will you encounter a chef who is so personable, interpersonally dynamic, and disarming (in a good way!) who is also an absolute genius in the kitchen. The food is was delicious, perfectly crafted and creative — and beyond that beautifully plated and excellently timed. If you’re waffling on this purchase- stop! You won’t find someone of this caliber easily or even ever again. We are still talking about the meal days later. Lucky us.

We LOVED having Chef Gabriel at our home. He travelled over from Philly and customized a menu for us centered around my husband’s favorite foods. Not only was the meal exceptional, Chef Gabriel is so personal and kind and went out of his way to make this a one-of-a-kind experience for us! Everything was beautifully plated, incredibly fresh, and so delicious! He also left our kitchen spotless when he left as if he’d never been there. So so thankful for him coming out to do with dinner for us, it was the best night.

Chef Gabriel was exceptional. His humor, candor, and expressionism in his food were all spectacular and beyond all expectations. His craft is sensational in both sight and taste. Whether you're thinking of a good meal that will be hard to forget or wanting to impress somebody, hiring chef Gabriel is a must. Strongly recommend faster than you can pick up silverware!

Chef Gabriel was great! He invited us to assist or sit back and relax, and he engaged in conversation like we were just old friends having dinner. Each course of the meal was delicious and presented beautifully. We would definitely do this again!

Yes Chef! Our experience with Chef Fowler was wonderful. The food was amazing, spaced out well enough and presented in a professional manner. Gabriel was so engaging and it felt like he was part of our party. He was easy to work with, responsive and all around great experience. Our party said we would hire him again!!

Chef Gabriel was beyond fantastic, our entire party had an incredible time with him. He was so thoughtful in proposing a menu that fit our exact dietary restrictions and the theme of the evening. And he was so accommodating and communicative the whole way through until the night of our event. Chef Gabriel was very sociable and made sure the evening went smoothly and that it was a memorable experience for all of our guests. I highly recommend using Chef Gabriel for any event.

Our chef was very respondent and accommodating prior to his arrival. This experience was absolutely wonderful. The food was presented timely, well plated, and the menu was very complementing. This chef was polite and well presented. All of the guests were pleasantly surprised at the favor of the beet salad, and it turned out to be a crowd favorite. We all were so full by the end, but the dessert was so decadent that it couldn’t be skipped. The cleanup was also so nice. It appeared that we didn’t even have a dinner party. This was quite a treat, and I would recommend chef Gabriel.

Gabriel was great and very attentive. All the dishes were excellent, he made this birthday dinner a special treat that we will always remember.

Gabriel was great! Great conversation, not so much as to interrupt our date night. We were stuffed at the end of the evening.

Gabriel was awesome and exceeded our expectations. We hired him for our 4 year wedding anniversary dinner and every single course he prepared for us was delicious!! We proposed a specific menu and he was able to deliver and execute on both courses we requested. He also suggested an appetizer and desert that to compliment our menu and both of those selections blew us away. Gabriel was also very attentive, knowing when to progress onto the next course and offered explanations on each course as well, highlighting the ingredients and how they were prepared. He offered great conversation for the atmosphere as well. We highly recommend and plan to use him again in the future!
