Hello! Welcome, primarily.
A brief summary about me: I am Brazilian, from São Paulo, I am 32 years old, graduated in gastronomy since 2012, I have been working with cuisine for 12 years and have lived in Portugal since 2018. In LA since 2025
In 2021, after years of work in Italian, Brazilian, Portuguese kitchens, fusion, seafood, buffet, bistrot, hotel and events I ventured as a private chef and found what I needed in my profession and I didn't even know: the proximity to people!
How good it is to get to a house and be greeted with smiles, see and feel people in a moment of celebration or rest, see children running around the house waiting for food, talk to the most curious who go to the kitchen to know about a recipe or ask about that different preparation and especially serve the table.
I love serving at the table what I have prepared: talking to those who are eating what I have prepared for it. Describe the dish, the story. Tell about an ingredient. Say a curiosity. Finally, an interaction, the contact.
That's why I love more and more what I do.
