Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Chef Freddie now calls Houston, TX home, having made stops in New Orleans along the way. The origins of his roots stem from a small, quiet town called Oakland, MS, where his familial ties to southern cooking sparked his culinary dreams. Since then, Freddie has developed a passion for intertwining or connecting his culinary roots to various other cuisines. Through his journey as executive chef, Freddie's love for preparing food and serving people has translated into providing guests with excellent dining experiences.
