Passionate about food, a perfectionist at heart, constantly striving for the perfect dish and embracing new challenges to grow with every creation.

With over 10 years of experience as a professional chef, I’m originally from Italy but have embraced the world through my travels. I started my journey in small fine dining Italian restaurants, and at 20, I moved to France to follow my passion. There, I worked alongside world-class chefs in Paris and Saint-Tropez, honing my craft in prestigious establishments like the Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental. My career also took me to London and Australia, where I experienced personal growth after years of relentless dedication in elite kitchens, refining my skills and perfecting every dish I create
