Experienced chef in modern plant-based food and healthy. I worked at Starred Michelin Restaurants in Copenhagen, Italy, and Latin America.
I am a passionate chef specializing in Plant-Based food. I worked in a Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen, studied in Italy, know Latin American cuisine, and love Planet Earth.
My specialties are plant food, but I also cook traditional Italian and French cuisine. From fresh pasta to risottos, from boeuf bourguignon coq au vin, from cauliflower steak to lasagna raw. Perfect pairing wine according to dish and region of production.
I can also teach some classes while indulging clients in wine and paring, traditional cuisine from Italy, Latin American, and Scandinavian.
