Private Chef In New YorkI am an Italian private chef with a passion for molecular cuisine and using creativity in the kitchen. With my food, I hope you try something you have never had before. I love to put 'my touch' to change the face of classic Italian food.
In my cooking philosophy, ingredients are the main actors. I love when you can recognize the independent ingredients when you bite them. My mom always said to me: 'don't play with food'. But, as I got more experienced, I realized that playing with food was the key to my creativity. Now, I am always a child in the kitchen - creativity and curiosity are my priority.
I learned to cook at home, first and most importantly, from my family in Salerno, Italy. I developed a passion, and have since taught myself the art of molecular gastronomy and elevated cuisine through online courses and culinary science books. I have also had the chance to cook with and learn from a number of incredible chefs, such as Alfonso Vitale, a private chef in Florence (Italy).
When I'm not cooking, you can find me studying and creating something new! I am committed to preparing delicious meals that meet clients' dietary restrictions and preferences, and I am always happy to work with you to figure out a menu that meets those needs.
