Founders of the sell-out supper club and hybrid studio in London — Chope Chope. We specialise in authentic Asian & Modern British cuisine. We carefully source local, organic produce from farms in Kent, creating an unique farm to chopsticks experience.
Maki grew up helping at her parents’ hawker in Singapore where they served traditional noodle dishes for over 40 years. She loves using the recipes that have been passed down through the family. She has since worked in Italy, Spain, New York and Tokyo and learnt a wide array of authentic cooking in these countries.
Felix is from Yorkshire and grew up with a big family - all of whom loved to cook. Felix has served a wide array of high profile clients and is constantly creating and experimenting with menus which combine bold flavours creating fusion dishes between British and Asian cuisine
