I’ve been a private chef for about 6 years now, but I’ve been cooking since I was able to reach the stove with a stepping stool.

I have traveled various counties throughout the world including Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Mexico, and all across the US to learn and try different flavors from as many cultures as I could to bring that back into my private dining experiences.

I am a Mexican American raised in Los Angeles by 2 amazing parents that both loved the kitchen. I take pride in my culture and the flavors it brings to culinary world. I specialize in modern mexican fine dining along with traditional Mexican, Italian, Middle Eastern, Asian and American cuisine.

But don’t let that have you think that I can’t execute any other flavors from across the world. I also make some killer Peruvian dishes including a mouth watering ceviche.
