I studied to be a chef in the Intelv School in Cali, Colombia and since I graduated in 2012 I´ve worked for the hospitality industry. I've had the honor of working with chefs like Jean George and Gabriel Kreuter, both Michelin Star winners and worked in Japanese, Italian, French and American style restaurants. I've had the pleasure of cooking for celebrities and distinguished guests such as Rihana, The Rock, Carmen Villalobos, Eric Adams, Mario Alberto Yepes, Faryd Mondragón, Faustino asprilla amongst others.
I've also worked as a private chef for the last 4 years taking my experience as a hospitality chef directly to people's houses always looking to create fabulous dining experiences for my to my guests.
One of my main goals as a chef is to cook for my guests with the freshest ingredients and to do so, I focus on the working with what the seasons has to offer.
