I have been cooking for as long I can remember, and doing it professionally for about 6 years now. Growing up in Brazil, I learned all the cooking secrets from my mom and grandma and then went off to Nutrition School.
My cooking style is plant forward, paired with high quality/extremelly well sourced animal products. I prioritize local and seasonal ingredients, creating a legit farm to table experience.
I love cooking for retreats and intentional gatherings.
