Get to know me better

Cooking for me is all about love, about putting my heart and soul onto the plate.

I am an experienced chef with over twenty years of on-the-job experience who is currently ready to bring my enthusiasm and culinary knowledge to the exciting world of working as a private chef.  I am passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences with my extensive knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and a specific specialty in Italian cookery. I matriculated at Tor Carbone Culinary School graduating with a diploma in 1999 and since then have honed my skills in menu planning, food handling, preparation, and plating. Over the course of my career, I have become adept at meeting the needs of those for whom I cook, taking into account specific dietary needs and restrictions. Additionally, I am as well versed in managing kitchen teams as I am comfortable working individually, and I enjoy planning and developing menus for breakfast lunch and dinner.
