Chef Fabiano de Mattos has over 17 years of experience in the kitchen, and has worked around the world including in England, Spain, Brazil and the United States. For the past seven years Chef Fabi has worked in some of Cape Cod’s most iconic restaurants, like The Ocean House, Sienna, Blue Fin Chatham, and Encore Bistro Bar. His culinary talent has been featured in events like the Fifa World Cup Brazil 2014, and he is also an Exercise Nutrition Coach. Now he is taking all his knowledge and experience to make healthy and tasty meals for individuals looking to improve their health and eat well.
