I look for flavors, taste and beauty in every dish i create, bringing satisfaction to clients
I am young Pastry chef who studied culinary arts at Culinary Arts Institute, Varna Bulgaria. After which i did a 6 months internship in pastry alongside hot kitchen at Restaurante Skina Sabrosa Creatividad in Marbella, Spain which is a 1 michelin star restaurant. I've equally been pastry chef at Restaurant Clos Madrid which got its first Michelin star during my time of work there. Was head chef at the best Italian restaurant in Madrid called Nina Pasta bar.
In the US, i wotked for the Wynn as a babquet Chef. Was equally part of the team that opened Komodo restaurant at Fountaine Bleau in Las Vegad.
For me cooking is fun and evolving and going out of my comfort zone to explore and make people happy.
