Greetings, Im Chef Ithos a Private Chef for over 9 years now and I love serving and sharing my culinary creations with the World. I specialize in Vegan Cuisine even though Ive spent many years running Grills and Smokers My Non Vegan Friends still salivate over my Vegan Dishes. I would describe my style of Cuisine as a Melange of Cajun-Creole, Caribbean, Indian, Asian and African with Classical French flare and Techniques. After Attending John Folse Culinary Institute 30 mins from New Orleans I went to sharpen my blades in Paris, France for 2 years while cooking and continuing my education with some very talented Chefs. I came back to Florida to start my Private Chef career and have been traveling ever since feeding the people a fresh new experience every time.
