I am currently finishing up my Baking and Pastry degree and looking to expand on my experience. I have been interning and working as an assistant baking chef in the culinary program of my College for the past two years. As an intern I bake, prepare, and sell to customers in our campus bakery while keeping a clean work environment that alines with the Serve Safe conduct. As an assistant I am an aide to the Introduction classes of baking. I each/demonstrate techniques and recipes to students, assist with technology, and supervise proper safety and sanitation.
