I am a chef and gardener with over 10 years experience and a passion for local seasonal cooking.
I am a chef and gardener with over 10 years experience running kitchens, restaurants, school food programs, bakeries, and teaching farm to table education. With a background in agriculture, I have a deep passion for using seasonal, local ingredients. I love to cook a wide range of foods that are informed by my professional experience in pastry, sourdough, butchery, Italian cuisine, and my personal upbringing in a mixed cultural family. I was born in Ithaca, NY and grew up in Santa Cruz, CA. After five years working in fast paced restaurants in New York City I have relocated to Woodstock, NY and am looking to connect with the community through my passion for food.
