A passionate graduate of the CIA pursuing my dream career of a personal chef! Always open to new ideas and to learning more!
I am a graduate of the culinary institute of America! I attended in September 2021 and graduated April 2023. I have been cooking for the past 5 years and will continue on for the rest of my life! I lived in Napa valley, the heart of food and wine, for almost 2 years where I learned the quality of food, and farm to table services! I have been working from French cuisine, American and Mexican! But of course I have learned more than those, and have been read many recipe books. As I had mentioned I am in the process of growing as a person and as a chef !
