I’m Chef Ernani Jr., a Brazilian chef with 12 years of experience, including 8 years in the United States. Coming from a family of restaurateurs, my passion for cooking has been with me since childhood—blending tradition, technique, and creativity.
I’ve worked as Executive Chef at renowned establishments, including Adega Gaúcha in Orlando, Galeto Brazilian Steakhouse in Chandler, AZ, and Atlanta, GA, and as Executive Chef & CEO at Nonno Cucina in Hyannis, MA.
My expertise lies in International and Brazilian cuisine, always combining classic flavors with contemporary techniques to craft unique and unforgettable dining experiences.
