Hello, for starters, my name is Erik. Otherwise, I have a great passion for cooking. Alongside the desire and knack for preparing and putting together hundreds of different delicious and/or healthy dishes. . .

Contributed to mostly from - my strong background in natural cooking, I'd say. Which, yes, has greatly improved my overall understanding of ingredient nature, no doubt. Both of which, I'll brag: are a strong base that supports my maybe somewhat biased(kidding), yet highly-successful success rate; for all the balanced and big-flavor meals I've put together over the recent years. . .

Jokes aside though, simply put- I would like nothing more than to share this gift with you. If given the honorable chance, of course, to be your needed and sought after Personal Chef for the occasion.

A little more (serious) information, for those further interested in what I can offer as a Personal Chef-

I consider it wise to consider this: that the more styles of cooking you try, the more you'll learn. Having been taught and still learning from many, for almost 10 years now. What I've seen bloom from this personally, and in sharing so with others as well, is truly a blessing.

Especially when given the time and some patience, a proper dedication to; the benefits of eating natural are a clear plus.

And why is this so, exactly ? . .

Because !

Best I can do for now is tell you this-

"(That) In my eyes at least, the better your fuel; the greater the chance of being prepared for life, you become."

Taken with a grain, of course. . .

. . . In other less boring news though, health information aside. I too understand that there are times of such; where you might find that burying oneself alive within the glorious confines, of the vastly sensual realms of food indulgence, is just the only goddamn thing to do for the occasion. .

Because hell, if you want indulgence, fine, I got you.

Definitely been there, and yes, it is Vegas, after all. . Baby.

. . selling-out aside, there is also the middle-ground, I'll mention. .

If that slightly obsessed, food-crazed or borderline over-casual, a.k.a. salty-grease carb sugar-heaven is just a bit too much for ya. . I can definitely meet you in the middle too, if that's what you prefer instead. .

Somewhere that falls slightly short of that often-dreamed diabetic sweet-tooth binge-fest coma. Yepp, I can adapt for a step or two down from that.

In such a case, and including that of the Styles of Cooking I've already previously mentioned, diet preferences like: Organic, Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-free, Paleo & Pescatarian; are also options that I can configure the indulgence levels with too, if so desired.
